Introduction
Grace Assembly of God is committed to a high standard of compliance with any Statutory Requirement and would not tolerate any malpractice, impropriety, non-compliance or wrongdoing by any staff in the course of their work.
The Purpose of this Policy:
- To provide avenues for members, employees, volunteers, associates and the general public to raise concerns and define a way to handle these concerns.
- To enable Management to be informed at an early stage about acts of misconduct.
- To reassure any complainant that they will be protected from punishment or unfair treatment for disclosing concerns in good faith in accordance with this procedure.
- To help develop a culture of openness, accountability and integrity.
The Policy encourages the individuals who make the report to put their names and contact details to complaints in-order to facilitate appropriate follow-up and investigation. However complaints lodged anonymously would, subject to the Policy, be investigated.
