GRACE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME
Join us for an exciting 9-month internship! Starting July to March the following year.

Interns will be equipped and given opportunities to serve in a ministry.
Requisites
- Minimum 21 years old
- Minimum tertiary (polytechnic & above) education
- Must be a Grace member or ready to apply for membership during the year
- Served in a leadership capacity in a ministry of Grace AG
- Possesses Christian character and conduct, and spiritual maturity
- Is emotionally stable and possesses drive and passion and produces works of excellence
- Is consistent in his/her pursuit of God and has a keen sense of calling for ministry
- Leading in a Christian ministry for at least 2 years
- Has leadership capability and is looked up to as an influencer in spiritual matters
- Preferably be baptized in the Holy Spirit

- Tuesday – Sunday, about 44 hours
Application Requirements
Applicant must be an official member of Grace Assembly for at least 1 year. IMPACT (9 months internship) applicants must be a leader who has served in a ministry for at least 6 months.

- Fees of $100 is payable upon acceptance into the programme
All forms must be submitted by 15 April. Interview will be scheduled for April-May. Programme starts on 1 July.
Outcomes & Opportunities
Interns will be involved in the ministry where they are from. They will be assigned to a Ministry staff for supervision. The supervisor will work closely with the intern to define the competency development needs of the intern and assign projects, programme and training skills suitable for the intern.
They will assist the supervising pastor in his/her areas of ministry responsibilities which may include but not limited to the following:
- Weekly pastoral care, including visitations of various kinds
- Personal discipleship of new converts
- Teach &/or preach &/or write curriculum &/or lead worship
- Plan & execute at least 1 project or programme
- Understand and observe the processes in the ministry & church
- Assist in overseeing an area of the ministry’s service (e.g. usher, altar call, hospitality or traffic marshals, café, etc) & ensure smooth running services
- Be involved in the planning of events, e.g. Staff Retreat, Good Fri / Easter, ministry activities
- Plan, participate and lead at least one SDMT & one STMT
- Accompany a Country Director on his/her supervisory trip (esp those exploring missions)
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
