GRACE DISCIPLESHIP FRAMEWORK

Matthew 28:20
Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Discipleship is the essence of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:20) and for Grace Assembly, discipleship is defined as “the process of becoming like Jesus Christ in every area of one’s being”.

For us, to be missional is to be “God’s called and sent people”. Missional disciples are therefore believers who are called by God and sent into the world to reach people locally and globally, to restore relationships, to bring healing into families and creation, and to call them into a covenant relationship with Jesus Christ, both within and beyond the church walls.

To raise Missional Disciples who are Disciple-Makers through building a Discipleship Culture that serves the whole church, we have developed the Grace Discipleship Framework (GDF).

The Grace Discipleship Institute (GDI) then resources this GDF through three equipping tracks:
1. The Disciple-Maker Track
2. The Life-Stage Track
3. The Leadership Track

恩典门训框架(GDF)

马太福音28:18-20
18 耶稣进前来，对他们说：“天上地下所有的权柄都赐给我了。 19 所以，你们要去，使万民作我的门徒，奉父、子、圣灵的名给他们施洗。 20 凡我所吩咐你们的，都教训他们遵守，我就常与你们同在，直到世界的末了。”

大使命的本质在于门徒训练(马太福音28:20)，在恩典堂，门徒训练被定义为“在每个方面都像耶稣基督的过程”。

对我们来说，使命就是做“神所呼召和差遣的人”。因此，使命门徒是被神呼召到世界上去接触当地和全世界的人，在教会内外将医治带入家庭和被造物中，恢复关系，并使他们与耶稣基督建立盟约关系。

我们发展了恩典门训框架(GDF)，通过建立一种服侍全教会的门徒训练文化来培养使命门徒成为门徒导师。在教会恩典门训中心 (GDI)的帮助下，教会以全教会的GDF架构为基础，通过以下三个轨道来装备门徒和强化我们的领袖。
