In the wake of the recent suicide bombers in Surabaya, let’s stand in solidarity with Christians in Indonesia during this difficult time commiting them in prayer:

1. Pray for all those affected and traumatised by the recent terrorist attacks to find physical and mental healing in Christ.

2. Pray that God will protect Christians in Indonesia from violence and persecution and that violent actions against Christians in the land can be put to an end.

3. Pray for Christians in Indonesia to be filled with God’s forgiving love and reconciliation towards those who have hurt them.

4. Pray that Christians in Indonesia will not cringe from fear but will continue to boldly demonstrate and proclaim the grace and salvation of Jesus Christ.

5. Pray that the increased persecution against Christians in Indonesian will only result in greater unity among Christians causing them to depend more on God.
