Pastor Martin Storey (CLM Church)
Martin Storey is an AOG minister, who leads CLM Church Coventry with his wife Esther. Under their leadership, CLM has grown rapidly and is one of the numerically larger churches in the UK. Additionally, Martin and Esther lead Prayer for AOG Great Britain, and Martin has been co-ordinating interdenominational prayer in the city of Coventry since 2013. The manifest Presence of God is his greatest passion.

Pastor Sujith Alex (Beacon Church)
Sujith considers it a privilege to lead Beacon Church in Bury St Edmunds. He is married to Reshmy and they have a son, Judah and a daughter Anna Grace.
A graduate of the University of Wales, Bangor with a Masters in Practical Theology, he enjoys watching sport and spending time with leaders from all sectors of society. Sujith is an accredited minister with the Assemblies of God (GB) and serves as one of the Area Leaders for churches across six counties in the East Anglia and London region.

Rev. Gwen Choo (Glad Tidings AG)
Rev. Gwen Choo has been in ministry for over 25 years and currently serves as one of the Associate Pastors at Glad Tidings Assembly of God, PJ. She also serves as the Central District Superintendent and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Assemblies of God Malaysia. Rev. Gwen has a deep passion for compassionate ministry, missions, and community transformation. She began her journey in ministry as a youth minister and continues to have a special love for young people. She is married to Daniel, and together they have two children.

*Further Adult subsidy of $85, for seniors (65 years old & above) & full-time students (13-30 years old), is only applied when the option is checked. Every triple-room for youth must consist of ONE 16 years old and above.
**Babycot for infant / toddler is subject to availability. You may request for extra bed for your child under Special Request, subject to max. of 3 beds per room. If available, top-up of $110 will be requested separately. Otherwise, you may consider bringing an air mattress.
For Twin without Roommate, you may use this option if you prefer to register separately from your roommate. Remember to indicate the Name (as written on passport) and order number of your roommate.
In the event, we max out Movenpick, later registrants will be placed at Ibis Hotel (room only), transport to Movenpick Convention will be provided daily.
For Single room, choose CWOB for your 1st child rooming with, as this room is for 2 bedders.

Two-way Transport
Two-way transport by coach is available at $65 / pax. Pick-up and drop off are on 11 and 14 June respectively, at Grace@Tanglin or Grace@BukitBatok.
All toddlers will require a seat. Babies do not require a seat and will need to be strapped to parents on the carrier. Wheelchair-bound Gracians are encouraged to take their own transport as coach is not wheelchair-friendly.
Cancellations / refunds are not allowed once the transport option chosen.

There are limited rooms available at the hotel and booking is on a first-come, first-served basis. If all rooms are taken, you may wish to consider taking a conference-only package and sourcing for your own accommodation.

- If you register online, you will be prompted to pay via PayNow with a unique QR code which you scan using your banking app for payment. Please make payment immediately.
- Payment by cash and credit card payment is NOT available.
- Please indicate your Registration Number in the Reference of your bank payment. Without this Registration Number, we will NOT be able to verify your payment. Alternatively, screenshot your payment and email retreat@graceaog.org.

Terms and Conditions
Travel Agency
Actxplorer Pte Ltd is the appointed travel agent to source and liaise with the hotel. They will collect registration data for the hotels as per the attached PDPA. They will also provide onsite assistance throughout the duration of the retreat. Please read their Terms and Conditions before registering.
Who can attend?
• All registrants must be Gracians, i.e. attending our on-site or online services and giving to the church regularly, exceptions will be given to Migrant Domestic Worker (MDW) of the household.
• If you must invite a non-Gracian friend, please email to waitlist for conference-only at full cost of $350/pax.
• The Church reserves the rights to cancel / request for return of subsidy if fail to choose the “Service Attending” accurately.
Rooming Criteria
Only married couples, siblings, family, relatives of different sex can book the same room. The Church reserves the right to cancel any booking of the same room by engaged, dating and non-dating couples.
Children below 21 years old
• R-AGE Youths can room with their parents/guardians or 2 other friends (triple sharing only). Every triple-sharing of R-AGE youth must consist of ONE person 16 years old and above as required by the hotel.
• Anyone below 21 years old is required to submit the Waiver form within 3 days of registration. The waiver form is an agreement to indemnify the Church (more details on the form). Your booking will be cancelled if we fail to receive any submission. No further notification will be sent to you.
Validity of Registration
• You will be responsible for providing accurate information on the registration portal and ensuring your passport is valid.
• Your registration is only valid upon full payment received with proof of registration and payment.
Amendment, Cancellation and Refund
Amendment:
An administrative fee of S$50 per person will be levied for any amendment after reservation has been acted upon, example when the list has been submitted to third party vendors. In the event, changes cannot be made, the booking will be deemed cancelled, and Cancellation fee applies.

Are meals included in the packages?
Full board packages include accommodation, 3 breakfast, 2 buffet lunch and 3 buffet dinner at Movenpick.
Conference-only packages do not include accommodation and breakfast.

Are there any offline / onsite registration modes available?
Registration is fully online. Payment must be made when you submit your form and payment is either by PayNow or bank transfer. If you have unable to register online, please contact Actxplorer or visit our onsite booth for assistance on 2 Feb (with your passport).
My passport is expiring soon with less than 6 months validity. Can I still register?
If your passport has 6 months & less validity from the first day of the retreat, please click “Yes” to renew your passport. Upon receiving your new passport, kindly get back to us.
Do I need to purchase my own travel insurance?
Any expenses caused by sickness, curtailment or cancellation during the retreat will be borne by the retreatant. To avoid unforeseen circumstances that may incur additional expenses, you are strongly encouraged to purchase your own Travel Insurance.
Why can’t I register my child?
The age limits in the system are defined as per the start of the retreat i.e. 11 June 2025. Please ensure that his/her birthday falls between 11 June 2013 to 11 June 2021. Please refer to the chart under Category based on DOB.

If I can’t join the full retreat, must I still pay the full amount?
Yes, since rooms, meals and conference facilities are contracted with the Hotel for the whole period, we are unable to reimburse any fees to you.
Is there Single room option for 1 adult? What if I can’t find a roommate?
Single room for 1 individual is not available, you may register for the Conference-only package and book your own accommodation.
If you are unable to find a roommate at the time of registration, you may choose Twin without roommate and the committee will pair you with a roommate of the same sex. If no suitable roommate is available, you will have to top-up to the single room rate which is $480/pax.
Is my registration completed after I submit the form?
- You will receive the below dialog if your submission is successful.
- If you are unable to find the acknowledgement email, please check your junk mail folder or search for Actxplorer in your email.
- Registration is only considered complete after receiving payment.
- If payment is not received by the end of the week of your registration, your registration will be invalid, and your reservation will be cancelled.
When is the retreat briefing? Is it compulsory?
- The retreat briefing is scheduled on 1 June, 2:30-4:30pm at Grace@Tanglin, Galilee Hall.
- It is important for at least one person per booking to be present at the briefing.
- One parent, whose kid is attending Sparkle / Shine program, must be present at the briefing.
- Name tags & lanyards will be distributed during the briefing.
- Get to know the committee and meet your coach captain who will be your point of contact for the first day of event.
Is there complimentary shuttle service from KLIA?
MHCC Complimentary shuttle transfers to and from KLIA Terminal 1 and 2 are provided on first come first service basis. You may WhatsApp message the Duty Manager at +60 10 220 9514 for reservations and queries.
