Role 服事岗位	Facilitate discussion and application questions in small groups during GDI courses
Pre-requisites 先决条件	– Been a Christian for at least 3 years – Have at least 2 years’ experience leading or facilitating bible study discussions
Serving Frequency 服侍频率	Dependent on length of GDI courses. Generally once a week across 4-8 weeks

Training Description 培训描述	Interview; 1.5 hr facilitation skills training; On-the-job supervision

Role 服事岗位	Provide pastoral care and facilitate discussions in Alpha small groups among pre-believers and new Christians. 为非信徒和初基督徒提供教牧关怀和促进小组讨论。
Pre-requisites 先决条件	Heart for the lost. Pastoral care for group members. Able to facilitate small group discussions. Basic apologetics knowledge. 对人的救恩有负担。关心启发小组成员。能够促进小组讨论。基本的护教学知识。
Serving Frequency 服侍频率	2 rounds per year, each round spanning 13 consecutive weeks 每年举办2次，每次为期13周。
